Laborers, and their eligible dependents get access to high-quality health coverage. Members working under a collective bargaining agreement are eligible for comprehensive family health coverage after completing 330 hours of covered work and a one-month waiting period. Coverage continues as long as
the member works at least 330 hours in the qualifying quarter, has at least 330 hours in his/her hours bank or makes the appropriate self-payment to continue coverage

BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota is the Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) that provides the network of medical providers to the Minnesota Laborers Health and Welfare Fund.

Through the contributions you make to the Health and Welfare Fund, the high quality health care you and your family receives within your clinics is completely covered.
