The Fund’s highly-valued Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is administered by Sand Creek, one of the companies of AllOne Health®. This is one of the most esteemed EAP programs in the United States. Sand Creek/AllOne Health has an overall workplace wellness focus and offers a wide range of services at both the Fund level and to individual participants.
The Sand Creek EAP was created to offer face-to-face counseling and consulting to Fund participants who reach out for assistance. The EAP is not simply a phone counseling service or an online tool. The Sand Creek network includes literally thousands of professional counselors who deliver personal care and support worldwide, with a strong focus in the Minnesota and North Dakota region. All services are locally delivered and Sand Creek/AllOne Health is committed to strengthening teamwork and meeting individuals’ needs for mental and behavioral health.
Your EAP offers coaching solutions, a mobile app with chat, and video counseling at your convenience. This service is always private, confidential, and at no cost to you and the members of your household. Your participation with your EAP is always completely voluntary and we do not report back to the Fund or the Union about anything you discuss with us. It’s a great way to feel connected and supported.

Your EAP provides mental health counseling to fund participants, your dependents, and household members for any type of personal problem. EAP services include initial assessment, short-term counseling, referral, and follow-up. They offer 24/7/365 access to masters-level counselors and offer continuity of care to help make long-term, face-to-face counseling seamless. All highly-skilled and certified counselors are committed to improving mental health outcomes and are available via phone, web, mobile chat, and video.

Your EAP offers professional coaching services to fund participants to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. By offering two unique coaching options (Life Coaching and Work Coaching) your EAP is able to address both one’s work life and home life.

- Active engagement with relationships
Work coaching topics include:
- Dealing with difficult coworkers

Creating a good work/life balance is a struggle for everyone. There are situations that come up in everyday life that sometimes require additional assistance and that is why AllOne Health created a Personal Assistant. It acts as a concierge service to help with a wide range of issues that come up in everyday life.
This feature includes 24/7 access to a personal assistant consultant via the toll free number or website. The personal assistant will research whatever is needed and will handle the task from start to finish which can alleviate fund members’ time-consuming issues that take them away from their work. The Work/Life website contains a variety of articles, webinars, quizzes, tools, provider locators, and resources for fund participants and managers, with language/culture versions including U.S. English and Spanish. 24/7/365 toll-free telephone is also available.

You have access to licensed social workers, registered nurses, and certified case managers. These caring professionals are experts in talking to health insurance representatives, doctors’ offices, claims representatives, healthcare experts, and community resources.
