If you feel you are having a medical emergency,
Laborers Health & Wellness Clinic Locations
Your Laborers Health & Wellness Clinics are a lot like your regular clinic, but with one important advantage:
For all services delivered within the Clinic there is no cost to you. Medications that are provided as part of an in-clinic visit are supplied at no cost. Vaccinations done at the clinics are available at no cost. It’s a fully-staffed medical clinic that is provided to you and your dependents 18 months and older at absolutely no cost to you.
These clinics were created just for our Fund members and are not open to the general public, which makes it more convenient for you in scheduling and visits. And because your clinics are staffed with clinicians from HealthPartners®, one of the most respected names in healthcare in the U.S., you can be sure of the quality of care you’ll receive.
Just one more way that the Laborers Health and Welfare Fund is looking out for you and your family.
The clinics in Hugo and Rogers are open now and the Eagan clinic is scheduled to open in November, 2020. The clinics are open every weekday (hours vary by location and day) and both Rogers and Eagan have Saturday morning hours for your convenience. And of course, a phone or video consultation during regular office hours is also available for many of the services. Video clinics are currently limited to residents of the State of Minnesota.

Your Clinics and HealthPartners
The trustees of the Minnesota Laborers Health and Welfare Fund are proud of our relationship with HealthPartnersⓇ. Your clinics are staffed with clinicians from HealthPartners and you can be assured you’ll receive high-quality care here.
For over sixty years, HealthPartners has been an innovative leader in healthcare. HealthPartners created one of the first consumer-governed, prepaid health plans in the United States in the 1950s and have continued to innovate over the years. Their doctors are all board-certified and many appear each year on “Top Doctors” lists.
Your Laborers Health & Wellness Clinics will be staffed by physician assistants and nurse practitioners who are certified to do many of the things a doctor does. A board-certified medical doctor will rotate among the three clinic locations (Hugo, Eagan, and Rogers) with additional doctors and clinicians added as demand increases.
